How will I know what is happening during my child's day?

You are always welcome to visit or call us during the day. Your child's teacher will communicate with you and answer all your questions about your child's day.

May I visit my child during the day?

Yes. You can come in at any time.

How will I know that my child is safe?

At our daycare center, safety and security are our top priorities:

• Regular inspections by State agencies ensure compliance with strict standards.
• Entrance doors are always locked and accessible only by an electronic key fob.
• There are always at least one teacher and one teacher assistant present to supervise the children.
• All visitors must provide identification and register in our Sign-on/Sign-out log.
• We release children only to adults authorized by parents/guardians, who must present identification.

Do children go outside every day?

Weather permitting, children go outside to play up to twice a day. The playground schedule may change with the seasons and weather conditions.

What are the child-to-caregiver ratios?

Groups of 15 children are organized by age, with one teacher and two teacher assistants.

Is your Day Care Center state licensed?

Yes. We are licensed by the DCFS, and our license is available upon request.

Do you provide hot meals?

We serve nutritious and freshly prepared hot meals daily, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
