All payments are expected to be in full amount and on time. There is a non-refundable $20 annual registration fee for new enrollments. Payments must be made in advance on the first day of each week. Children shall not be admitted to the day care center if full payment has not been made in advance.
Bright Stars Kids University (BSKU) has a discount for siblings, 10% off for the second child.

A late fee of 5% shall be charged on the unpaid balance, which shall be assessed after the second day of the week.
Children are expected to arrive and be picked-up on time. In the event a child is picked-up more than 5 minutes late, there will be a charge of $1 per each minute.
If a child missed BSKU for one whole week, half price of payment for that week only will be issued. The subsequent missed week shall be charged the full amount.
There is no pro-rating of missed days.
A refund for missed days shall not offered or granted for any reason, except in the abovementioned circumstances.
Withdrawal prior to first date of week - total payment, minus the $20 nonrefundable, will be refunded. Refunds after the first day of week shall not be offered or granted.
